By the word "physical exercise" we mean the regular movements of limbs of our body according to the rules. Physical exercise is very important to keep our body and mind sound. It is essential to gain energy and strength to do more work. It makes of capable of performing our tasks. There are two types of physical exercise, e.g. free hand exercise and instrumental exercise. When you take exercise without any tools or instruments it is called free hand exercise. But when we take exercise with tools and instruments, it is called instrumental exercise. We can take exercise in an open space or in a gymnasium. Playing games, sports and performing athletics, we can also take exercise. Human body is compared to a machine. Any machine if not used, becomes rusty. Similarly if we do not take regular exercise our body becomes weak and sick and we cannot work hard. So to keep our body fit and mind sound, we should take regular exercise. Thus physical exercise is the secret of our physical and mental soundness.
